Shipping

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are based on the item(s) you order. Higher priced or specialized custom items will have additional shipping cost and will be insured to their full value. In rare occasions, these charges can sometimes not be fully calculated until the order is being prepared for shipping.  If required, we will notify and bill you for the additional shipping charges incurred prior to shipment.

Shipment Methods: We ship primarily USPS and UPS.  Billet differentials and custom built internals primarily ship via FedEx.  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied and will be billed prior to shipment.

Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-custom non-backordered items in the continental US.  Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders.  This does not apply to our custom built items like Billet Differentials.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.  If two separate orders are placed by the same customer and shipped to the same address on the same day, we will make every effort to try and combine those orders if possible.  Any unnecessary shipping charges incurred will be refunded to the customer automatically.

Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges

General: Returns are only valid on HD Extreme Offroad branded items. Sales on non HD Extreme Offroad branded items are FINAL.  All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in a new unused condition, and if applicable, must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer is responsible for and pays for all return shipping charges.  Customer must include a copy of purchase receipt outlining the product(s) you wished to be returned.  Items received without a copy of the purchase receipt will not be subject to refund.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item due to our negligence, no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge(s) with no expense to you, the customer.

Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer is responsible for and will pay all additional shipping charges incurred.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return items must be sent via prepaid UPS or USPS (US mail).  Items should be insured for the full value of purchase in case it is lost or damaged in shipping.  We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. Items should be returned in original packaging to ensure the highest value is returned.  Returns that are missing items, ie.. original packaging, or instructions, will be charged more than 15% restocking fee (only if required) to replace missing item(s).

Returns are NOT authorized on custom built differentials or custom built internal differential kits!  All sales are FINAL on these items!

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on orders as applicable by law.

Payment Methods

Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.

Backorders Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
